If you have not completed these items, you will not be able to take a PCR test.

First, determine your flight date.

Depending on your flight schedule , you will be asked to come to the store on a different date.

If a negative certificate is required for entry into your country or region, each country or region has its own validity time.

Please make sure to check the validity time of the negative certificate in the country/region you will visit.

We are unable to answer inquiries regarding the validity time in each country, as it is subject to change from moment to moment according to the instructions of the government of each country.

Please contact your embassy or airline for the validity time.

Depending on the country/region you will be visiting, it may be necessary to collect the specimen by nasopharygeal swab.

Please be sure to check the specimen collection method of negative certificate for the country/region you will visit.

If the negative certificate specimen collection method in your country/region is nasopharygeal swab

PCR testing with nasopharygeal swab is only available at the Shin-okubo store.

There are times when nasopharygeal swab testing is not available, so please be sure to contact the Shin-okubo store before using this service.

All other stores only offer saliva sampling. Please understand this beforehand.

This is the process from PCR test at the store to travel.

An original passport is required for issuance of a negative certificate for overseas travel.

Please also have your flight reservation information (a copy of the reservation screen or a screenshot) ready in order to confirm your flight time.

If you use Free PCR test + optional fee, ID card is required.

Please come to the store within the validity time of your negative certificate.

Please allow plenty of time for your visit, as it may take some time due to the busy inspection area or retests.

After you fill out the medical questionnaire, our staff will keep your passport for a moment to confirm the information you have filled out.

Depending on the validity time, an optional fee may be required. Please ask our staff for details.

Results will be sent to you by e-mail. Please prepare an e-mail address that can receive the results.

After the result has sent, a negative certificate will also be emailed to you.

Please open the attached pdf file, print it out by yourself, and use it at the airport.

NOTICE: When you receive the negative certificate, please be sure to check the information on the certificate.

We have taken great care in preparing the negative certificate, but in the unlikely event that there is a mistake on the negative certificate, please contact the store where you went.

Negative certificates tested 48 hours before 3:00 p.m. on September 17, i.e., after 3:00 p.m. on September 15, are available.

Please come to the store as soon as possible after 3:00 p.m. on September 15.

Our PCR test may take up to 72 hours. Therefore, a separate optional fee is required.
